About Me
I faced weight gain and health complications after giving birth to my second child. However, I was determined to take control of my health and set out on a journey to get back in shape.Â
I started by incorporating small changes into my daily routine, like taking walks with my baby and choosing healthier meal options.
It wasn’t always easy, and there were times when I wanted to give up. But with the support of my family and the knowledge, I was able to stay motivated and keep pushing myself.
Slowly but surely, I began to see the results of my hard work. I lost weight, gained muscle, and felt better than ever before. And perhaps most importantly, I felt proud of myself for setting a positive example for my children and showing that taking care of oneself is an important part of being a parent.
As a health coach, I use my own experiences to help others who are facing similar struggles and to empower them to take control of their own health and well-being.
